I am Vanessa Brown, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor. I gained the majority of my 20+ years of experience in the community mental health sector, working with individuals and families with a variety of mental health needs. I enjoy helping others achieve their goals. I am skilled at providing several evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed practices. My specialty is helping individuals overcome anxiety and work through difficult transitions in their lives. In addition to individual and family therapy, I provide supervision for LPC licensure through individual and small group sessions.
